SUMMARY: 
Under general supervision of the Deputy Chief of Emergency Services, the community risk reduction public educator position will develop and manage an innovative and effective public relations presence and a district branding and communication program in alignment with the district’s vision and mission.  This will be accomplished through the active management of all forms of print, video, and social media communication as well as coordination and assignment of district personnel in the delivery of community programs.
