There is an abundance of knowledge, experience, and skill within the membership of the AFCA. By attending conferences, volunteering for committees, working on task forces and interacting with chief officers from all over Arizona, you will find that the solution to a problem can be only a handshake or a conversation away. The friendships you create will provide not only information and support in difficult decision making, but also solace when those decisions don’t produce the results you desire.
