Western Fire Chiefs Association Receives Overwhelming Response to Data Analytics Grant Opportunity

The Western Fire Chiefs Association recently announced their partnership with Intterra and 
their combined efforts in developing the Data Comparison Center (DCC). WFCA was awarded 
a grant to accelerate the process and will provide Intterra’s SituationAnalyst to 26 fire 
departments over the next two years.

Our staff sent out a grant opportunity announcement on July 13, 2017 and I am excited to announce 
the response has been overwhelming. Thank you to all that have applied or have expressed interest, 
our staff will be reaching out to you shortly. If you have not applied yet but intend to, please be mindful 
of the deadline of July 31, 2017. Awardees will be announced by the end of August.

This week our team will be at the IAFC’s Fire-Rescue International conference in Charlotte, NC.

our booth inside the IAFC pavilion.
