A firefighter died after collapsing during a training Saturday.
Firefighter Close Calls reported that Stacy Crawford, 47, with the Emergency Services District #1, was participating in training exercises at a fire station in Powell, Texas when he collapsed. Crews tried to resuscitate Crawford, but were unsuccessful.
Firefighter Crawford has been a member of various fire departments for over 20 years. He’s survived by his wife and son.
