VIDEO: The Las Vegas Fire Department responded and put out a large fire at a vacant warehouse in downtown Las Vegas on Sunday night. The heavy smoke and fire were visible for miles as the two-story building at 1026 S. Main went up in flames shortly after 8 p.m. According to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, crews were able to contain the fire from spreading to other structures and extinguished the blaze in less than a half-hour. The area of Main Street and Commerce was closed as crews worked on clearing equipment. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
