That is what is left in wake of a EF-3 tornado that hit the southeastern part of the city Friday night, leaving a swath of destruction. During a news conference Saturday at 4:30, just under 24 hours since the twister first touched down, first responders had several updates on the status of the city. One of several points the first responders hit on was a warning to residents returning to their homes. Chief Russell says many of them might not be stable right now.
