Alaska state fire marshals received the report of a fire on Cherrywood Drive in Big Lake at about 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. A person inside the home received serious injuries over half of their body. Two Deputy Fire Marshals from Anchorage responded to the scene to investigate the cause and circumstances surrounding the fire.
