The Fairbanks Fire Department is seeking information on the Kendall Toyota structure fire that occurred this past Thursday. According to a FFD press release, an employee of the business called 911 to report the fire just before 6 p.m. When fire crews arrived, they saw people leaving the building and smoke was visible. Firefighters were able to contain the blaze after discovering a suspended lighting fixture was on fire. It was extinguished at 6:16 p.m. No injuries have been reported and an investigation into what caused the fire is ongoing. Anyone with information on the blaze is asked to call the Fairbanks Deputy Fire Marshal's Office
