A man has been charged after admitting to setting a home on fire in Montgomery, fire officials said in a news release. Ronald Chatfield, is charged with arson second degree. The charges are related to a fire which took place Tuesday in the 2600 block of Drake Street, located off Mobile Highway. According to Montgomery Fire Department Capt.
