Enterprise restaurant damaged in fire, suspect charged with arson

VIDEO: Enterprise police have made an arrest in a fire that damaged a popular restaurant. Paul Anthony Wilson, 54, of Enterprise, is charged with arson second degree and burglary third degree. Firefighters and police were called to the Santa Fe Cattle Company early Tuesday morning. Video from the scene showed firefighters battling large flames coming from the restaurant. During the investigation, detectives discovered the business had been burglarized before the fire. Surveillance footage showed an individual wearing a gray hoodie breaking into the business and stealing money. Wilson was identified as a suspect Tuesday and transported to the Coffee County Jail after his arrest. The Alabama State Fire Marshal’s Office is assisting with the investigation.
