Two people are injured after a fire broke out at a Birmingham paint and body shop Thursday afternoon. Birmingham Fire Rescue Capt. Bryan Harrell said crews were working to extinguish a commercial fire at a paint and body shop in the 2900 block of 30th Avenue North around 4:55 p.m. Thursday. Harrell said two people were transported to the hospital with burns. Their conditions are unknown.
