Fire damages South Tucson house, resident okay

Crews from the Tucson Fire Department and South Tucson Fire Department were dispatched to a house fire early on Friday, April 26. One resident who was home at the time of the fire in the 300 block of West 30th Street escaped and was reported to be OK. The fire happened just after 1 a.m. No firefighters were hurt in the incident. The fire is under investigation by the South Tucson fire and police departments.
