A fuel leak caused a big backup on the Loop 101 in Scottsdale Tuesday morning. Multiple lanes were blocked as crews work to clean up the fuel spill on northbound Loop 101 at Cactus Road. The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a cement truck's gas tank leaked fuel on the roadway. Arizona Department of Transportation hazmat crews along with DPS and fire crews were working to clean up the fuel spill. No injuries were reported. The two right lanes were blocked. They have since been reopened.
