Phoenix firefighters stopped a fire in its tracks before it spread to the rest of a mobile home overnight. The fire was dispatched near 41st Street and McDowell Road. When firefighters arrived, they found light smoke coming from the mobile home, the Phoenix Fire Department said. They made entry into the home and found a contents fire in the rear of the mobile home. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading through the rest of the home, the Phoenix Fire Department said. No injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
