PHOTO: Bullhead City firefighters worked quickly to prevent the spread of a structure fire in the 1700 block of Coronado Drive on Tuesday night. According to the Bullhead City Fire Department, units responded around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday for a report of a residential fire. Advised by dispatch that the occupants of the home still might be inside, the crew of Engine 761 evaluated the scene and determined that the single-side mobile home had been evacuated. Firefighters then turned efforts to limiting the scope of the fire, extinguishing the flames and entering the structure to look for any extensions. The fire remains under investigation, although reports indicate that it appears to have begun in a shed to the right of the home’s front door and porch area, then extended to involve the residence itself.
