Phoenix firefighters responded to a home Sunday morning where they found an unresponsive man in a pool. Officials say firefighters pulled the man from the pool at a home in the 2500 block of West Diana Avenue where they later pronounced him dead. Firefighters say the man was 48 years old but didn't release his name. The Phoenix Fire Department said it has transferred the investigation into what led to the man's death to police.
