VIDEO: Three people are displaced after an apartment fire in Phoenix Sunday night. Firefighters were called to the scene near 7th Street and Hatcher Road around 5 p.m. Crews say when firefighters arrived on scene, they found a three bedroom apartment with heavy smoke and fire. Officials say two women living in the apartment were able to escape the fire and a third woman was at work when the fire started. Firefighters were able to gain quick control of the fire and keep it from spreading into surrounding apartments. Officials say the apartment is a complete loss and the three women are working with a crisis team to find housing. Fire crews say no one was injured in the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
