The owners of a Phoenix pet grooming business are cleaning up after a fire broke out early Thursday morning. It happened just before 5 a.m. at a strip mall north of 16th Street and Thomas Road. According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the fire was small and quickly contained. It’s not clear how it started. Firefighters reportedly rescued two pets. The animals were not hurt. No injuries were reported.
