Phoenix firefighters rescued a man who fell at Papago Park early Friday morning. According to Capt. Kenny Overton, the 19-year-old man fell into the Hole in the Rock at Papago Mountain near Galvin Parkway and Van Buren Street. Overton said the hiker is conscious and alert and will be transported to an area hospital for evaluation. No details have been released on the severity of the man's injuries.
