VIDEO: Fire crews battled a huge blaze Wednesday morning at a Phoenix apartment complex. According to Captain Nicole Minnick with the Phoenix Fire Department, the fire started at about midnight in a second floor apartment at a complex near 19th and Dunlap avenues. Crews were able to contain the fire to that unit and prevent it from extending to other apartments. Minnick said the apartment where the fire broke out and the one below have extensive fire and water damage, displacing three people. There were no reported injuries.
