Abandoned house on 8th Avenue in Tucson burns

Firefighters from the Tucson Fire Department extinguished a fire in an abandoned house near Drachman Montessori K-8 Magnet School early on Monday, Sept. 21. According to the Tucson Fire Department, the fire happened in the 1000 block of South Eighth Avenue, which is between 20th and 21st streets. There were no injuries reported.
