PHOTO: Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey issued Declarations of Emergency as two wildfire continue to ravage the state. The Telegraph Fire and the Mescal Fire have collectively burned more than 146,000 acres, leaving many people evacuated from their homes. "Arizona will spare no expense and do what needs to be done to protect the people and property in these communities," the governor said on Twitter early Wednesday. Both emergency declarations means $400,000 as well as a FEMA grant are available to expatiate and provide necessary resources for response and recovery. Fire officials updated the acreage and percent containment on the Telegraph Fire, which has burned more than 80,000 acres. The Mescal Fire has burned more than 70,000 acres.
