VIDEO: It's been a busy week for first responders dealing with heat-related emergencies. Jesse Lopez's wife learned the hard way how dangerous 112-plus degree temperatures can be. A Phoenix fire crew was called out Wednesday after the 67-year-old woman nearly passed out in the backyard. "She was feeling light-headed, her eyes were starting to roll back, everything was going in circles. She was very dizzy and she was about to go down," said Lopez. "She was only outside about 10 minutes." The Phoenix mom was rushed to the hospital as a precaution and should be OK. But others hit by the heat have more serious complications.
