VIDEO: The massive fire that broke out early Tuesday morning at a Stockton pallet yard and threatened several residences is fully contained, according Stockton Fire Chief Lane Healy.
Healy told ABC10 that the fire started around 5 a.m. and crews immediately began working to keep it from spreading into an adjacent warehouses full of more pallets. Some residents received some damage, Healy said. "Our goal here is obviously to save lives and protect property, and the neighborhood was greatly exposed due to this fire," Healy told ABC10, adding that the cause of the fire is still unknown.
This pallet fire comes less than a month after another fire ripped through a different Stockton pallet yard.
