Crews are still battling a blaze that destroyed three warehouses and damaged a building in Downtown Stockton.
Firefighters were on scene over night, and continue to monitor the area for hot spots inside the warehouses. Nearly fourteen hours after the fire started, multiple hot spots were still flaring up. According to fire officials, these hot spots were fueled by timber inside the warehouses. Officials expect more flames to continue sparking up through most of the morning. Firefighters will remain on scene until the fire is completely out.
Investigators still don't know how or where the fire started, but are not ruling out the possibility of it starting because of a homeless encampment fire.
