Fourteen firefighters at the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Station 80, near Los Angeles International Airport, have tested positive for COVID-19.
According to LAFD, the firefighters were at home after testing positive either Monday or Tuesday.
The station, part of the department’s West Bureau, has since been disinfected and there was “no disruption to service.”
Those who tested positive were said to be either asymptomatic or showing mild symptoms.
