VIDEO/PHOTOS: There are "no known survivors" after a business jet attempting to land at the Truckee-Tahoe Airport crashed and sparked a brush fire Monday afternoon. The crash happened near the Ponderosa Golf Course just after 1 p.m. on July 26. A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration said a Bombardier CL 600 jet crashed while the pilot attempted to land at the Truckee-Tahoe Airport. Officials with the airport said the plane was found on the golf course, luckily no one on the ground was hurt and no structures were damaged. Nevada County Sheriff Shannon Moon said although authorities can't confirm how many people were onboard the plane at the time of the crash, there are no known survivors. The plane can hold two crew members and 14 passengers.
