VIDEO: A fire burning in Jefferson County is now 50 acres. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office issued an evacuation order for River Road and Resort Creek Road in the Foxton area. All other evacuations have been lifted. The evacuation center has been moved from Reynolds Ranch to Elk Creek Elementary, the Sheriff's Office said. Nursing staff will be on site. Foxton is an unincorporated community in Conifer. North Fork Fire Protection is the lead agency dealing with the fire. They’ve requested other fire departments to assist.
