Connecticut prosecutors have consolidated charges and offered a plea deal to three Stratford teenagers who are accused of arson in four communities last year. Police say they set the fires that burned down the American Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford and structures at Silver Sands State Park in Milford. The details of the deal have not been released. 18-year-olds Christopher Sakowicz and Vincent Keller, and 17-year-old Logan Caraballo are charged with arson, burglary and reckless endangerment. They will consider the plea deal at their next court date in February.
