Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity is 1.92% and virus-related hospitalizations continue to decline to lows not seen in awhile.
With a net decrease of nine hospitalizations, there are a total of 324.
An additional seven deaths have been reported since Wednesday. The state's death toll is now 8,131.
With just shy of 27,000 tests performed in the past day, 711 came back positive, according to state officials.
The state's positivity rate was 2.6% on Wednesday.
The governor said this is the first week since September that there was not a single COVID-19 fatality in a Connecticut nursing home.
