A family was displaced after a fire broke out Thursday at a home in Stafford. The fire on Quinn Street was reported by authorities at about 10 a.m. While Tolland firefighters went to Stafford for backup coverage, the Stafford and West Stafford Fire Departments went to the scene to battle the blaze. Tolland eventually joined the two local departments at the scene. In all, three adults were displaced, according to the American Rd Cross. The Red Cross provided assistance to meet the families' immediate needs.
