Responders freed a resident who was stuck in a railing over the weekend in Rocky Hill.
The incident took place at 3:02 p.m Monday. The Rocky Hill Fire Department was dispatched to a residence on Pleasant Valley Road for a person who was stuck in a wrought iron railing.
