A person was struck by a train Monday night on Delaware city’s North Side, Delaware police said. Delaware police and fire were called at 8:45 p.m. to the railroad tracks in the vicinity of Pennsylvania and Heritage avenues. Police were not releasing any information about the fate of the person struck or any other details about the incident.
