Residents of a Wilmington rowhouse are staying with family members after a Saturday morning fire.
Wilmington fire crews were dispatched to 233 Woodlawn Avenue around 11 a.m., and found fire coming from the back of the 2-story, mid-row house.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to the room where it started, and no one was hurt, but the city's Licenses and Inspections department ruled the house unlivable.
The city Fire Marshal's office is looking into how the fire started. There's no dollar estimate of the damage at this point.
