A pair of 6-year-old twin girls were injured--one seriously, the other critically--and a 26-year-old woman was in stable condition following a single-vehicle crash in Milltown Monday. According to New Castle County Police, the operator of a Toyota Corolla struck a tree in the area of Milltown Road and St. James Church Road around 9:30 a.m. on March 30, 2020. The driver was listed in stable condition at an area hospital. An investigation into the crash was ongoing.
