The man accused of setting a Palm Springs-area mobile home ablaze last month now faces a first-degree murder charge as well.
On Thursday, a grand jury indicted 42-year-old Reinier Koole on arson, murder and armed burglary charges in the early morning fire March 29 at the Mar-Mak Colony Park and the killing of 33-year-old Ramon Eduardo Herrera-Moradel.
When Palm Beach County Fire Rescue authorities arrived to put out the flames that morning, they found Herrera-Moradel dead outside the home. He had been fatally stabbed, authorities said. A broken arrow tip, one used with a crossbow, was found in his arm during an autopsy.
