VIDEO: Nine people were hospitalized after a Lynx bus overturned late Tuesday morning on Interstate 4 in Orlando.
It happened on westbound I-4 near Orange Blossom Trail. Officials said the driver of the bus, Steven Silva, overcorrected after driving into the left lane.
According to officials, Silva lost control of the bus and began making several hard turns to attempt to regain control.
After not being able to regain control, authorities said the vehicle skidded into a concrete barricade at the inside of a lane, causing the bus to flip on its side.
Video from Chopper 2 showed at least one person being taken from the scene on a stretcher.
Officials with the Orlando Fire Department said all nine people on board, including the driver were treated for injuries, but nobody was seriously hurt.
Hazmat crews were called to the scene to clean up an oil leak and I-4 was closed for more than two hours.
