A company just used a brand new device at a South Trail Fire Rescue station which is supposed to kill 99.99% of all pathogens — including coronavirus Firefighters and rescue crews at Station 62 have been exposed to patients and people who potentially have coronavirus. They wanted to try the product out at the station. “We feel it’s our obligation and responsibility to keep our response area clean, take advantage of the new technology,” said South Trail Assistant Chief Operations Gene Rogers. “Now, in this state of emergency, it’s time to be creative, and this product is obviously on the cutting edge of the future of biologically cleaning facilities like this.” The technology, called Paerosol, is two parts: a generator machine and the liquid disinfectant it releases into the air as a gas.
