VIDEO: A fiery crash involving an overturned tractor trailer has shut down a stretch of the Palmetto Expressway early Thursday. The crash happened in the westbound lanes of the expressway near Northwest 37th Avenue in Miami Gardens, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
