Brevard County Fire Rescue’s Engine 44, HazMat 48, Tower 48, District 20, District 45 and Cocoa Fire Rescue were on the scene of a natural gas leak in West Cocoa on Tuesday afternoon. Crews mitigated a 2-inch gas line that was ruptured at the intersection of State Road 520 and Townsend Road in the sweltering Florida heat.
