VIDEO: A young boy is in serious condition at Tampa General after a house fire in Seffner on Thursday night. A heart-stopping video shared by the sheriff's office showed deputies as they pulled the boy from the burning home. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said deputies first arrived at the fire at 10:48 p.m. They found the home fully engulfed with neighbors and occupants from the home standing in the front yard. Video shared by the sheriff's office showed the deputies running toward the burning home as people told them a child was still inside. A woman could be heard screaming the name "Owen." Deputies forced entry by breaking a glass window and worked to direct the boy toward the open window. Eventually, one of the deputies reached in through the window and was able to pull the boy out.
