VIDEO: First responders are being targeted by thieves and now Seminole and Orange County investigators are looking into vehicle break-ins at local fire departments. So far, it's a mystery who is responsible. At least eight total firehouses were hit. Three in Seminole County were targeted overnight Sunday. Vehicles at two stations in Apopka and three Orange County Fire Rescue Stations were allegedly burgled. The first reported burglary came in last Thursday in Orange County. One victim’s driver's side window was smashed and now there’s glass all over the rear seat next to the firefighter's child safety seat. "It's frustrating for sure, the guys and girls. You can only imagine, just trying to do your job at work and park your car in a safe spot,” fire union president Jon DiVita said.
