It's baby animal season in Middle Georgia, and a recent fox pup rescue in Crisp County shows that it's important to properly rescue animals when faced with dangerous situations in their natural habitats. Firefighters with Engine 31 responded to a wildfire on May 21, where firefighter Shawn McNulty rescued the pup. Firefighters made sure the pup was taken to a veterinarian's office, which will reintroduce the fox back into its own habitat when it fully recovers.
