The Richmond Hill Fire Department partnered with The Hupman Group realty company to host a back-to-school event for kids and their families on Friday. Jeff Humpan said this event was their way of giving back to the community. “We are doing our back-to-school extravaganza where we’re giving out free pizzas, free school supplies and backpacks,” Hupman said. According to Hupman, the kids who came to the event had the chance to learn about fire engines and talk to Richmond Hill firefighters about fire safety.
