VIDEO: Captain Andrea Hall with the South Fulton, Georgia Fire Department delivered the Pledge of Allegiance for President Joe Biden's inauguration on Wednesday and added a nice touch for viewers who are hearing impaired. Capt. Hall did the entire pledge using both spoken language and American Sign Language. Capt. Hall is the president of the International Association of Firefighters Local 3920. She is also the first Black female Fire Caption in the history of South Fulton, Georgia, according to Women's Health Magazine.
