PHOTO: The Iowa Central Community College parking garage that was the site of a Sept. 4 arson blaze involving multiple vehicles is in use again. College President Dan Kinney said all of the garage, except the part on the lower level where the fire occurred, has been reopened. He said there is no structural damage to it. A cleaning crew will begin removing the soot and smoke stains from the structure late this week or early next week, Kinney added. About a dozen vehicles were destroyed or damaged in the early morning blaze. A former student at the college, Terrell Adams, 22, of Fort Dodge, was arrested in connection with the fire. He has been charged with first-degree arson and possession of an explosive or incendiary device.
