Firefighters are trying to figure out what sparked a house fire where no one was living, and there were no utilities to the home. Waterloo crews responded to the vacant home around 2:30 Thursday morning at the corner of Vinton and Lafayette Streets. Waterloo Police tell TV9 they do not know where the fire started specifically. Investigators will try to determine a cause.
