VIDEO: Four people and a dog were rescued late Friday morning when a fire broke out in a home in the 500 block of East Locust Street. Fire officials said it appears the fire started in the basement. The cause of the fire is unknown at this point. Locust Street between Iowa Street and Grand Avenue was shut down while crews worked but it has since been reopened.
