A mobile home was destroyed and another was damaged in a fire in Perry. Authorities said the fire started at about 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Northgate Estates. Fire officials said a mobile home was being torn down and it caught fire. The wind spread the flames to the mobile home next door. The woman who lived in the home wasn't home, but 11 cats and two dogs were killed.
