VIDEO: The peace and quiet in one Caldwell neighborhood was disrupted Wednesday night when someone set a playground on fire. Standing at the playground, you can still smell the charred plastic. CBS2 spoke to one of the neighbors who helped to put it out. She didn't want her face shown but she describes what it took to keep the flames from spreading. "We were all sitting eating dinner and somebody driving by came and knocked on our front window and pointed to the back and all we could see was black smoke pouring over the fence," one neighbor said. "He said he called 911 so we grabbed buckets and tried to put it out. We didn’t have a hose. One of the neighbors down the street got a hose somebody else got some buckets over to us so we basically started a bucket brigade throwing water on the fire trying to get it out."
